Return & Order Cancellation Policy

Did you accidentally order a duplicate or need to return something?

Sunny Studio strives to provide you with the best quality products and services because your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Products must be un-used and in their original packaging to receive a refund. Returns will not be accepted after 60 days from date of delivery.

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless an incorrect item was shipped in error or the item is defective.

Damaged or defective items must be reported to us within one week of receipt in order to be eligible for replacement. Please report damaged or defective items to info@sunnystudiostamps.com and include your order number in your message.

Returns and order cancellations are subject to a 4% restocking fee that will be subtracted from the total returned amount to cover the original payment processing fees which are no longer returned to us.
