  • All international packages will be marked as commercial merchandise with the value you paid for the items. You will be responsible for any carrier brokerage fees or duty that may be charged at the time of delivery.
  • Delivery times vary greatly by country and can take up to four weeks to arrive.
  • Tracking is often not available for small first class packages to international destinations and frequently won't show updates after the package has left the US.
  • Canadian customs is extremely slow, taking an average of 3 to 6+ weeks to deliver USPS first class packages after their last US scan. If selecting UPS Standard it will clear must faster, but UPS will charge you a separate expensive brokerage fee based on package value at the time of delivery for all packages valued over $40 CAD, for the service of walking your package through customs. Read HERE for instructions on how to clear your UPS shipments yourself to avoid those high fees or select the UPS Worldwide Expedited shipping option which will have no extra brokerage fees added, regardless of your package's value.

Is your country not on the list of countries we ship to?

Many customers have gotten around this by using a reliable freight forwarder to bundle their orders from the USA. is just one of several popular choices available and they happen to be located very close to us making your shipments a bit quicker.  :)
